Who We Are
B.E.S.T. — Behavioral & Educational Support Team, LLC — was founded on one core belief: because growth takes a team.
With 15 years of experience in special education across the full continuum of services, our founder brings a deep understanding of what children, families, and educators face every day. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and M.Ed., the work at B.E.S.T. is grounded in evidence-based practice, real-world application, and a genuine passion for helping children grow in ways that are meaningful, functional, socially significant, and individualized.
B.E.S.T. specializes in supporting early childhood through school-age children — meeting each child, family, and team exactly where they are.
This work has never been one-size-fits-all. Every child is different. Every family has a unique story. Every classroom has its own challenges. B.E.S.T. was created to provide practical, compassionate support that makes a real difference.
This work isn't just about the child. It's about supporting the entire team around them — families, teachers, and early childhood professionals — because that's where lasting growth happens.
B.E.S.T. currently serves families, schools, and early childhood providers through virtual and in-person services. All services are private pay only. Insurance is not currently accepted.

Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Justine.
I’m a proud mom of two and a military spouse, and my journey in this field has been shaped just as much by my personal life as my professional one. My career began in New Jersey and later took me to Charleston, South Carolina and Virginia, where I’ve supported families and students in a variety of settings along the way.
As a parent, I’ve also walked through early intervention services with my own children. That experience gave me a completely different perspective. I understand what it feels like to sit on the other side of the table, to ask questions, to advocate, and to want the best possible support for your child.
Professionally, I’ve spent over 15 years in special education, working with students from pre-kindergarten through high school. While in Charleston, I served as an Autism Specialist within school settings, deepening my expertise in supporting students with Autism and behavioral needs.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia (LBA). My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but it’s also practical, individualized, and rooted in real-life application.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: families, educators, and providers all play a role in a child’s growth. The best outcomes happen when we work together.
Because growth takes a team.
